Without a proper unboxing video, no replacement request will be accepted.
The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Size Exchange Policy:
If you need a size change, we offer an exchange (subject to availability.
The product must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition with tags intact
Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchange.
Important Notes:
We do not accept returns for dislike, color variation, or minor design differences.
Exchange requests are processed only after proper verification.

📦1. Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)
A clear unboxing (parcel opening) video is compulsory to request a replacement
The video must show the parcel in a sealed condition before opening
The recording should be continuous (no cuts or edits)
No video = No replacement

Replacement is applicable only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product
You must provide video proof along with clear photos.

Replacement request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Requests after this time will not be accepted.

Items without tags or in used condition will not be eligible.
